Help us turn Personio into a modern, well-engineered backbone for HR
Our HR department is currently migrating to Personio, and we're using this step not just to move existing processes into a new system, but to question, simplify and automate them. This is exactly where you come in: you will help us develop Personio as our central HR platform and take on, step by step, responsibility for the system and the processes behind it.
Your workplace is preferably with us on-site in Dortmund; remote work is possible by arrangement. We coordinate your working days flexibly around your class schedule – we won't dictate fixed weekdays – and during semester breaks, a higher weekly hour count is possible on request.
Your responsibilities
- Personio & Product Ownership: You actively work on the introduction and further development of Personio. You get to know our requirements, translate them into sensible system solutions, and increasingly become a central point of contact for our HR system.
- Digitalization & Automation: Onboarding, offboarding, absences, documents, approvals and recurring administrative tasks: you analyze existing workflows and help us make them more digital, leaner and more automated.
- Optimize HR processes: “We've always done it this way” is not a convincing argument for you. Together we look at our workflows and consider what can be simplified, what can be automated, and where we can create a better employee experience.
- Personnel administration: You get to know the operational foundation of professional HR work, support us with administrative HR processes, and help ensure that data, documents and workflows run reliably.
- Take on your own projects: We're explicitly not looking for someone who just works through a task list. Once you're settled in, you should take ownership of your own topics, develop solutions and bring in your ideas.
